Teens, Adults, & Relationships

Hi, I’m Samson Tshuma, an intern therapist with a passion for helping teens, adults, and couples. I’m here to support you as you work through life’s challenges.
Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to figure things out on your own—that’s where I come in. Whether you’re navigating big emotions, feeling stuck, or dealing with life’s challenges, I’m here to help you make sense of it all. My approach is collaborative and centered on your unique needs. Therapy can feel like hard work at times, but it’s also a space for growth, connection, and to gain clarity about the path ahead.
I believe in the power of self-compassion and resilience in navigating life’s challenges. After earning my BA in Psychology, I have dedicated the past six years to supporting mental health and well-being. As a Student Wellness Coordinator for a school district and a Wellness Coach, I’ve focused on creating safe and inclusive spaces where individuals can openly discuss their mental health concerns without fear of judgment.
These experiences have deepened my commitment to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and empowering individuals to prioritize their well-being. Recognizing the need to provide deeper, more meaningful support, I pursued a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. This journey has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help individuals of all ages address challenges such as stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the complexities of managing chronic conditions, like diabetes.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Together, we’ll work on building your strengths, navigating challenges, and finding a sense of balance and well-being that feels right for you.
