Being a teenager is tough. You’re navigating transitions, establishing new relationships, and managing big emotions. Whether it’s the stress of academics, the pressure of post-secondary goals, or the challenges of part-time jobs, I understand what you’re going through.
As a certified counsellor with many years of experience, I’ve helped other teens just like you navigate these challenges. My goal as a counsellor is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself freely and learn effective strategies to manage your emotions and challenges.

- Improving Self-Image: I’ll provide a safe space for you to explore issues related to self-image, helping you to build confidence and self-esteem.
